Купили специально лаптоп, чтобы можно было работать на улице, во дворе, выгуливая ребенка.
Заснул значит сегодня Хрю на солнышке, я поставила на столик позади дома стакан с лимонадом, шоколадку, порезала яблочко, сырок, сварила кофе в джезве, бросила в кресло подушку, уселась, запрокинула ноги на соседнее кресло, открыла лаптоп, и....нихера не увидела. Ничего не видно!! Ни в тени, ни на солнце. Ни лицом к солнцу, ни спиной. Экран на улице днем не виден, какая жопа, что же теперь делать?
В общем, я сегодня не работала.

I think the problem of using digital ink for laptops was (still is?) that even though it take very little energy to keep the image on the screen, it takes lots of it to change the image; compared to LCD screens.

This is great for books, where you stay on the same page for a couple of minutes, but sucks for laptops since it's more interactive.

it doesn't take a lot of power to redraw, but takes TIME. And that sucks.
