I took the workshop at work, got the book and read it with bublik64. The system works great when it's implemented and kept up.
But when things get too hectic, you end up like me at the moment: 778 messages in the inbox, meeting notes not filed since Feb (but did review for actions) and my last weekly review was some time last year :-(
And somehow I do have the time to read LJ and post comments... back to work for me.
